Municipal sports and leisure area by the Kocián pond: playground with a water feature, inflatable trampolines, minigolf, skatepark, workout and parkour, fishing and a café

Tips

• Only when dry – The park closes in rain and in winter; the trampolines run only in fine weather 10–19 – on a rainy day swap it for the Klam.arium or the thermal baths instead.
• Minigolf from the café – Clubs and balls are lent by the café staff (100/45 Kč per person) – a game for four takes up to 2 h, so watch the café's opening hours (outside summer Fri–Sun only).
• Fishing without gear – At the Kocián pond you can hire rods (60 Kč + permit 60 Kč); you buy the trout and carp you catch, and on Saturdays there's smoked fish too.
• The treasure hunt ends here – The chest of the Loučná treasure stands on the café terrace – you can buy the map (60 Kč) here even at the weekend, when the information centre is closed.
• Opening hours – the park is freely accessible all year round in fair weather (closed in rain and in winter – slippery surfaces); inflatable trampolines in the summer season daily 10–19 only in fine weather (September 2026: small trampoline Fri–Sun, large one out of service); Kavárna Tančírna café summer daily 10–18, from 14 Sep 2026 Fri–Sun 10–18; fishing summer 2026: Wed–Fri 15–19, Sat, Sun, public holidays 10–19 (closed Mon, Tue); parkour playground outside winter, from age 16
• Admission – playground, skatepark, workout, parkour free; minigolf adults 100 Kč, children 45–50 Kč per game (1.5–2 h, equipment lent by the café staff); skittles, ping-pong and other games for a fee at the café; fishing: permit 60 Kč + equipment hire 60 Kč (deposit 200 Kč), max. 4 fish, you must buy your catch (trout 220 Kč/kg, carp 130 Kč/kg), catch and release not allowed
• Parking – not needed – 1.1 km on foot from CHA-LU-PA
• Restrictions – dogs must not roam free anywhere in the grounds, dogs are not allowed on the playground or play equipment (on the children's playground only on a lead, away from the equipment); the water feature only on hot days; open-air cinema in the grounds occasionally
